Your I-94 can be requested by going to the US Government's I-94 Website.

I-20 Delivery & Acknowledgements




Express Mail is available at an additional cost. Visit the UEMS website to pay for this service. You will need the following information:
  • application number
  • mailing address
  • e-mail address
  • phone number
  • credit card information

This option will take 2-6 weeks or more to arrive and cannot be tracked.









Please provide contact information for the individual that will pick up your I-20 from the English Language Institute office, located at the address below.

A form of photo identification will be required to pick up an I-20. We send an email to the ELI applicant and the pick-up individual when the I-20 is ready.
