ELI Application for Part-Time Study

This application is for students who are looking for part-time study in one of the English Language Institute (ELI) programs. These programs are for people living in the local community in Utah and cannot be used to obtain or maintain a student visa.

All programs require completion of an online placement test. The placement test costs $50.00 USD charged at the time of application.

The Intensive English Program (IEP) offers eight levels of English proficiency covering the skills needed for successful communication in academic and non-academic environments.

No minimum placement score
8-week sessions
Part-time study
Classes are taught during the day Monday-Thursday between 8:20 AM-1:40 PM

The class is for beginning and intermediate English speakers in a non-intensive setting.

Class is taught in the evenings Monday-Thursday from 6:00-8:00 PM
Tuition is $300 with the book included. All programs require an online placement test. The placement test costs $50.00.

Students must test at an intermediate level to participate in this program*

Part time study
Classes are taught in the evenings Monday-Thursday from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM
Tuition is $200 tuition with an additional $55 for the textbook. All other program costs are generously paid for by Zions Bank.

*If your test results are too low to participate in the Zions Evening ESL program, we can use your test results to place you into one of our other great programs!

I understand this is an intensive course and requires in-person attendance. I understand if I miss too many days, I will be dropped from the class.

Students must test at an intermediate level to participate in this program*

Part time study (Summer session only)
Classes are taught in the evenings Monday-Thursday from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM
Tuition is $200 tuition with an additional $55 for the textbook. All other program costs are generously paid for by Zions Bank.

*If your test results are too low to participate in the Zions TOEFL Prep program, we can use your test results to place you into one of our other great programs!
