Thank you for applying for the Youth Education at the University of Utah Scholarship! Youth Education is passionate about the impact camp makes in a child’s life and wants to provide opportunities for all families to attend.

Consider the following when completing the application:

To ensure we provide opportunities to as many families as possible, we will only review one scholarship application per student, per summer.
Camps are not guaranteed; Scholarships can only be applied to camps with availability.
Scholarships will cover full tuition and fees of camp
o If accepted, you will be prompted to pay a $20 deposit that will be refunded after your child attends camp.

Acknowledgment:

I agree that if my child is awarded a scholarship and a spot in camp, and for some reason we need to cancel this spot, I will notify Youth Education at least 10 business days before camp begins so that they have enough time to fill the spot with others on the Scholarship Wait List. If I do not cancel within 10 business days of the camp start date, I understand that I may jeopardize my child's ability to receive a scholarship spot in the future and lose my $20 deposit.
