You must be a high school graduate to attend ELI. If you have not yet graduated from high school, you will need to provide a letter from a school administrator indicating the date you will graduate.

If your level is too low, we may not be able to provide classes for you. To avoid this situation, we recommend students have studied English for at least three years before applying to our program. 
Your English Proficiency level may be too advanced for General English classes. Please consider enrolling in the Intensive English Program.



If you have taken an ELI placement test within the past four months, the ELI office will verify your test score and notify you by email of your program eligibility.
